No buffet, but attentive and varied table service that ranges from sweet to savoury and includes baked goods and tiramisu, dairy desserts, peeled and sliced fruit, homemade jams, Normandy salted butter, fresh bread baked every morning, pressed orange juice, meats and cheeses brought to the table and a cold cuts station, dishes such as beans, mushrooms and legume salad, depending on the season, but also bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes, pancakes and French toast all made to order.
